We complete and submit an annual sponsorship Due Diligence to our sponsored banks.
We were featured on the front page of the LA Times, July 19, 2005, in a feature story about our ATM’s in Hawaii. (Article One – “From Prison to Paradise with ATM’s”)
We are active members in ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) and currently serve on the International Committee for Corporate Government Compliance.
We worked closely with Senator Bill Morrow in the formation and passage of SB 389 in Sacramento, California, in 2005. This bill authorized the ATM owner to collect surcharge access fees from international cardholders.
We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, Southern California, and of the Riverside and Norco Chambers of Commerce. ACMS has maintained an A+ rating for the last 5 years.
